winterlivethings are winding down here at winchestercon. it's been lovely, and i promise you all a full report on tuesday.
meantime, i have one more night here in LA and then tomorrow afternoon it's off to the plane. the back of my nametag is covered in room numbers and phone numbers. this afternoon we went to the manhattan beach pier and ate supper at this restaurant.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
femmenerd, greenapricot and kittyzams were with me and we discussed how supernatural is actually pushing a lot of boundaries w/r/t feminist and gender politics, how sometimes they fuck it up, but by and large they are doing more than a lot of other shows. i also understand there is yet more discussion of tangents off that topic at large in fandom just now (see here) and rest assured i will be addressing those when i come home.
i owe those of you who responded to the SPN episode discussion a response, and i shall defs be get to that forthwith, i swears. in the meantime, i sign off, and i see you all soon.
