i believe you need to download/save the ppt and open it from your computer - it won't launch from the web.

Hmm, I right-click-saved-as and I got a single slide with the following message:

"The requested URL /imperial japanese culture 101.ppt was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

The file it lets me download is a 350 byte .ppt file.
