OMG so tired. I must attempt to begin sleeping more than four hours a night, I really must.

binarykitten, is there anything particular we're doing for our Paradise turn, or can I attempt to create a Slothful subsect of Uptown?

Got smart and removed a bunch of communities I regularly visit from my flist. Because I'm a MEMBER of them still, and this way I'm not doubling up all the time.

I finished Harry Potter. I SO VERY DID. I have many opinions, all of which you should unquestionably discuss with me in the comments below. ALL SPOILERS ALL THE TIME.

OMG STONEY! How TOTALLY COOL was it when they were in the hall, and Ginny was mouthing off at Ron about him never having kissed anybody, and he was SO MAD, and then Ginny left and it was RON AND HARRY in the hallway!?!

My brain scratched out the next few sentences and wrote a thing about a rage-and-shame-filled Ron turning to Harry and bellowing something senseless about how much of a loser you have to be to never have snogged anybody in your life and how he couldn't take it anymore, that something had to be done, and then grabbed HARRY AND OMG!! *flail*

I too, share unreasonable Weasley love and while I'm terrified that one of the kids is going to go -- omg the angst and trauma! -- I hope not because they are cool and wonderful.

Also, the first few chapters of the book? I so. totally. called that. That's ATPSB Harry, with like only two differences. Go fucking me :)

1. Death of Dumbledore

2. Voldemort's family tree

4. Possibilities for the mysterious unknown Horcrux?

1. Hurt me less than Snape's defection. I take it all as read: Dumbledore is, sadly, dead, and Snape is, OMFG, Asst. Capt. of Team Evil.

2. Again, pretty in line with what we know of him. Evil, evil and evil, plus, for variety, evil. Family's a pretty heavy theme in HP. I have no doubt it'll play a part in the finale, but I swear to God, if Voldemort turns out to be Harry's father or brother, I'll scream.

3. Jerk. But an ex-auror, so possibly not useless in a fight. At the end of the day, I think he's on Team Good, even though his uniform's grubby.

4. Nagini's the living creature, so she's the only one, unless, as Stoney says, it's Harry himself.

5. I DON'T KNOW! IT'S A CRIME! Him and poor Luna, checking their coins even after a year has gone by. It's so SAD. *pets them both* And Harry took Luna to the party. There are moments I love that boy.

6. R.A.B, darling. Everyone knows who that is, right? Because I come down very firmly on the side of one Regulus Black. *flail*

Oh goodie, I had read some previous comments and was going to say, "No! Don't blame my poor Snape!" But I see that you've come around to the other side.

My fear is, that Snape is *so* heroic now that he's doomed. JKR just has to kill him off in Book 7 -- I don't see how he can come back from this and live happily ever after.

I worry that maybe Snape's eventual defection to Team Good will push Draco over the edge into Team Evil. Maybe instead Snape will sacrifice himself to save Draco's life! It could totally happen! *frets*

See, now, I don't think Snape's defected. I think he killed Dumbledore for one of any variety of reasons:

1. He made the unbreakable vow to protect Draco. Killing Dumbledore would've broken Draco's soul.

2. Dumbledore wanted to save Draco. Same reason.

3. The potion that Dumbledore drank would somehow have rendered him in Voldemort's control. Which would be bad, given that he's a pretty snazzy wizard man.

4. JK Rowling is so not the kind of writer to say "Snape's bad!" in Chapter 2 and then "see! Snape's bad!" at the end. She's the Red Herring Queen.

Just a thought. Or a couple. And hey there, darling!
