in other news, i appear to have lost my bank card and all id cards. I DISAPPROVE, WORLD.

likely it is in the cthulhu couch, but i have to get a hold of a certain young lady who is not answering her EMAIL. *shake shake*

ETA: somebody's going to heaven. i appear to have dropped them outside, and some BEAUTIFUL SOUL turned them in at the security desk to my new best friend earnest, the security guy who called the entire world as referenced in my various cards to find somebody who had my phone number, which turned out to be safeway, who called my roommate who called me who ran downstairs to barely restrain myself from hugging earnest to my bosom.

i got some stories i read lately that i think are pretty damn fine.

water from the well is by cee, it is spoiler-free post-finale fic and awesome. made of awesome. she never actually says in the post, but we looked on a map - what's really close to jefferson city, missouri is the ozark mountains. so that is, i think, where this is set. dude. i make wee clappy hands at how awesome. \o/

five stages by oxoniensis is interesting and sensitive. sam/dean, and how they deal with that. (and i love when they deal with it. i love when they don't just oh, hey, brothers fucking is fine, whee.)

gatorade and vodka by monkiedude is sam/omc, and hey, i'll tell you right now, i usually do not like that. but i gave this one a shot because it was monkie, and because in the summary, it said it was stanford!fic, and the omc was a dead ringer for dean. and i am most happy i did, why yes.
