May. 5th, 2005 08:33 pmThe first thing I saw that I recognized as the plane touched down? Caesar's Palace. Next thing? The MGM Grand.
The strip is loud and gaudy and obnoxious and FABULOUS. Ti, if you ever come down here, you're SO not going home. I've been a goggly eyed tourist since I got here. I saw the Imperial Palace! Writercon! Yay! From MY hotel window, I can see where Lorne hit the high C in The House Always Wins. *heart*
OMG Americans are EVERYWHERE down here. And they say 'Mericans. And they speak wee bits of spanish! More on America as it develops.
