some interpretations and romaji transliterations have changed, it's true. but that's due to 400 years of altered history, like - when the meiji restoration never actually happened because there was no restoration necessary because there was no sakoku period, like. i think i can probably get away with some slight amount of poetic license. :)
i've seen a bunch of sources refer to the things you listed above in about eighteen different ways, so i just picked one i liked and went with it. i may change yu to yuki, though - that really is a big-ass kanji for just two letters. :)
